Money invested in the Trust is lent to Bell Potter Capital. Whether you get back your investment and any income entitlements, depends on Bell Potter Capital repaying the amounts which it owes. Repayment of these obligations are guaranteed by the Bell Financial Group Limited.

Responsible
Entity Fees

Ordinary expenses of the Trust’s operation, including the Responsible Entity’s fee, is paid by Bell Potter Capital. However, if there is an extraordinary expense or Bell Potter Capital does not meet its obligations to pay those expenses, then the Responsible Entity may deduct those amounts from the trust property. If this happens, you may not get back part or all the amount you have invested.
